Tastiest BBQ Baked Beans You’ll Ever Eat.

2 cups Black-eyed Beans
1 can tomato soup or 1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Hickory barbecue sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves chopped
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
5 oz of Ham or pork chopped
4 slices of bacon
1 Small carrot diced
1 Small yam or sweet potato diced
1 Small onion chopped
6 Cups of water
Smoked cured Ham 5 oz, leave a little of the fat.
4 slices of bacon

Add the beans to the pot… Soak for 12 hours and rinse twice.
Fry your ham or pork and make sure to brown the bottom of the pan.
This helps to bring out the tasty flavor. Then ad 1/2 cup of water
and stir to get the brown off the bottom of the pan.

Then add all the ingredients to a large roasting pan add 6 Cups of water
And bring to a boil, turn the heat off, and transfer to the oven. And cook for
4.5 hrs up to 5.5 hrs at 350 degrees. Check on the hour and add 1 cup of water as needed.
Put on a broil at the end for about 5 -mins.

Thicken sauce to your liking. The longer you cook…The thicker the
sauce will become. Ad some Hot Sauce if you and others like it Hot.
